All prices and services are correct at the time of going to press but may be withdrawn or changed for reasons beyond our control.
Complaints
It you have a complaint about the service you received on the day of your booking, you should bring this to the attention of the garage on the day, so that they have the opportunity to resolve it immediately. If your complaint has not been resolved on the day to your satisfaction please contact us via email at customerservices@garages4you.com and we will be happy to look in to your issue.
Cancellation of a booking by our garages
If your appointment is cancelled by one of our suppliers before or on the day of your booking because of events beyond their control they will arrange to re book the appointment at mutually agreed time. Garages4You.com cannot be held liable for the cancellation of a booking by any of our suppliers or any costs resulting from the cancellation of an appointment.
Suppliers
Garages4You.com acts as an agent for our garages and we accept no liability whatsoever arsing out of any service supplied by them. We have vetted our suppliers and have service level agreements in place. We have not however carried out detailed examinations of their systems, facilities, equipment or services. Once a booking has been made with one of our garages the customer is also bound by the terms and conditions of that individual supplier.
Reviews & Testimonials
All reviews or testimonials of individual suppliers come from past Garages4You.com customers and are added to the website for users information only and do not act as recommendations by Garages4You.com. The reviews & testimonials are the subjective option of that previous customer not Garages4You.com. We do not recommend any suppliers in our network and using any supplier is done at the customers own risk.
Additional work
Any additional work advised, recommend or quoted for by any of the Garages4You.com suppliers is the opinion of that supplier only and Garages4You.com has no control over any prices quoted . We accept no liability for any recommendations for additional work by our suppliers.
MOT failures
Garages4You.com do not have the opportunity to see any customers cars before a MOT so accept no liability whatsoever for any MOT failure which may result from a MOT through any of its suppliers. The MOT test results are the opinion of the assigned MOT tester and if any dispute should arise it must be addressed only with supplier carrying out the MOT.
Cancellation of a booking by the customer
All bookings placed through the service must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. This without exception must be communicated to Garages4You.com via telephone. Garages4You.com reserve the right to charge customers a cancellation fee up to the maximum MOT fee for failure to notify us of any cancellation 24 hours prior to a booking.
